Several days ago, scientists in the Philippines accidentally captured a creature in a net which was an unusual species of flying fox deemed not to exist.
This flying fox with bright orange fur and distinctive white stripes across its brow and jaw is now known as the “Mindoro stripe-faced fruit bat“
